This is the second year in a row we're featured the washed Busanze - a beautiful and delicate coffee from our good friends at the Gihanga Coffee Project in Kigali, Rwanda. What hooked us this year is simply how clean this coffee is when hot and how the flavor profile opens up as it cools. This year's Busanze holds notes of peach ring, black tea, and cinnamon sugar. We've been brewing it up via pour over and batch brew non-stop!
