This bean is from the Konga region of Ethiopia and is picked ripe, then washed and dried on raised beds in the sun.  This coffee is extremely well balanced, with distinct tasting notes of semi-sweet chocolate, apricot and lime.  

We have developed this special Ethiopia roast to emphasize the natural sweetness and balance, while still delivering a smooth, clean finish.   We invite you to explore a bit of east Africa with this delicious single-origin roast.
