Situated in the mountains to the north of Huehuetenango, Guatemala is Pedro Villatoro Castillo's farm, Guayabales. The farm is well shaded and sits at a high altitude, which gives its crop some very unique characteristics. This cup carries a heavy body and mouth feel along with a tantalizing tropical, pineapple acidity. Its rich body showcases what we enjoy most about Guatemalan coffees; it gives the cup a particularly cozy feel that is exactly how coffee should be on a cold morning.
