The return of Mario Hervas’ washed typica has our cups full and pallets satisfied. White plum, unrefined sugar, and chamomile dominate the cup. These flavor notes combine to make an incredibly sweet and delicate tasting experience!

This is the second year in a row that we’ve purchased Mario’s coffee. Formerly a rose farmer, Mario’s methodology in coffee farming is based entirely on the terroir of his farm. He doesn’t utilize any wild or experimental processing methods, but rather opts to take care of his soil & biodiversity. Mario’s approach beams strongly through the cup - his coffee is clean and nuanced.
