    About the bean: - Origin: Ethiopia - Region: Raro, Uraga - Producer: Various - Elevation: 6390 - 7400ft. - Process: Washed - Varietal: Dega, Kurume Raro Lot #4 is incredible clean and vibrant. It boasts bright candied citrus acidity, hints of bergamot, vanilla & graham cracker. This coffee gets its name from the wet mill where a collection coffee cherries from smallholder farmers is processed. Owned by Negusse Debela, the wet mill collects coffee from small-holder farms who cultivate their crops under semi-forested conditions. The coffee is of Dega & Kurume varietals, and after delivery to the wet mill, is washed and dried on raised beds for 20 days, then exported. For those looking for a lighter roast with pronounced acidity and nuanced sweetness, this coffee is for you!
